Can I change a product I received online at a New Balance store?

With the transaction receipt, you can exchange the product you bought from newbalance.gr at a New Balance store.

*Outlet products can only be exchanged at Outlet stores
*Refunds are not processed at the stores. Please contact our customer service.
*Product exchanges are always made at the current prices and for items of equal or greater value.
*Online orders cannot be exchanged at New Balance stores within Attica City Link & Notos department stores
