  • Do I need to have an account to place an order?

    Either through  newbalance.gr  or by phone at (+30) 218 218 2538 you can place the order you would like, without having to register with your e-mail. 
  • What are the payment methods?

    Payment can be made by: 

    • Cash On Delivery
    • Debit/Credit card
    • Deposit in a bank account 
    • Paypal

  • How can I cancel an order?

    You can cancel your order by contacting the customer service department
    at (+30) 218 218 2538 Mon-Fri : 9am - 5pm 
  • How much does shipping costs?

    Through newbalance.gr you can place your order for Greece and Cyprus. 

    We offer FREE delivery on all orders over 49€. Packages are delivered via Geniki Taxydromiki (Γενική Ταχυδρομική) within 3 working days for shipments within Greece and up to 10 days for shipments to Cyprus. 

    The cost of transport for purchases less than 49 is an extra 5€ for Greece and 8€ for Cyprus. 

    *Due to the increased volume of shipments from the courier companies, for the quarantine  period the shipments within Athens are carried out by "Courier 4u" and for the rest of the province by the transport company "Linardakis" 

    All parcels are delivered within: 

    • 3-4 working days, from the day the order was placed for shipments to Athens and 4-10 working days for shipments to the rest of the province
    • 10 working days, from the day the order was placed for shipments to Cyprus 
  • Can I order from you, a product I saw abroad?

    You can be informed about all the available design and colors of each season, from our e-shop, www.newbalance.gr

    Unfortunately, products that are not expected to be added to our collection or are not already posted online and therefore available in the e-shop, can not be ordered individually. 

Shipping and deliveries
  • What are the shipping methods of products?

     

    All parcels are delivered within: 

    • 3-4 working days, from the day the order was placed for shipments to Athens and 4-10 working days for shipments to the rest of the province
    • 10 working days, from the day the order was placed for shipments to Cyprus 
  • When will my order arrive?

  • At what time during the day are parcels delivered?

    Deliveries of parcels from the Geniki Taxydromiki courier are being delivered until 5:00pm 
  • There was a mistake in my order. What can I do?

    Don't worry if you noticed a mistake in your order.

    You can contact the customer service department at (+30) 218 218 2538 Mon-Fri: 9:00am-5:00pm and inform us about the mistake so that the corrections can be made immediately. 

Returns and credit
  • Can I return a product?

    You can return the product you received, either by using the Geniki Taxydromiki courier, free of charge*, or by returning it to a New Balance store** 

    Product return are always made at current prices. 

    *In case you wish to send us the package with another courier company, please be aware that you will have to pay for the delivery charges

    **Outlet products can only be returned to Outlet stores.

  • Can I change a product I received online, at a New Balance store?

    With the receipt of transaction, you can change the product you bought from newbalance.gr in any New Balance store.

    *Outlet products can only be returned to Outlet stores

  • How are refunds done?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you bought from newbalance.gr you can get a refund. 

    To complete this process, you must first fill in the product return form that was send with the package upon delivery. The refund is made in the same way as the purchase was made.  

    In case the purchase was made by Cash upon delivery, do not forget to fill in your bank account details in the form. 
    You can then contact your local Courier office of "Geniki Taxydromiki" or visit their nearest branch and have the item returned to the address:

    *If you wish to use any other transport company the cost of delivery must be paid by you.  

    Once we receive your package, the refund will be deposit within 8 working days. 

  • Within how many days, can I change a product?

    You can change the product/products you received, within 15 working days
