Can I return a product?

You can return the product you received, either by using the ACS, free of charge*, or by returning it to a New Balance store** 

Product exchanges are always made at the current prices and for items of equal or greater value.

*In case you wish to send us the package with another courier company, please be aware that you will have to pay for the delivery charges
* The first return is free of charge. Every subsequent return and resend is charged €5.90 for Greece and €15.90 for Cyprus. 

**Outlet products can only be returned to Outlet stores.
