How are refunds done?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you bought from newbalance.gr you can get a refund.
To complete this process, you must first fill in the product return form that was send with the package upon delivery. The refund is made in the same way as the purchase was made.
In case the purchase was made by Cash upon delivery, do not forget to fill in your bank account details in the form.
You can then contact your local Courier office of ACS or visit their nearest branch and have the item returned to the address:

*If you choose to use a different courier company, please be informed that you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return.
Once we receive your package, the refund will be deposit within 8 working days.
